We bill by the hour, or by the project, plus materials, and we will never mark up materials costs. Smaller jobs usually taking less than 8 hrs and are billed out on a time and materials basis. Larger projects can be billed by the job or by time and materials. When you contact us we can determine if your home improvement need is a small or large job.
